Hello! My name is Kaela. It's pronounced like Kayla but with an 'e' instead of a ‘y’.

I come from a big, wonderful, loving family of eight; myself, three brothers, two sisters, a mom, and dad. My siblings and I were all homeschooled from grade K-12, and we are all super close, which I am so thankful for. However, with all that being said, coming from a big family comes the difficulty of standing out, which is still a struggle for me to this day. I’ve always been the shy, quiet, mellow, as well as (technically) middle child (two of my siblings are twins) so standing out has always been hard for me; I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve been forgotten or overlooked, and because of this I naturally developed my own style, which tends to be much darker and edgy than the rest of my siblings; however because my style is fairly unique it's always been a bit difficult to find clothes I like, so I became interested in fashion, but for a while it was art (digitally done in photoshop preferably), animation and video editing. So while my siblings were off socializing and making friends, I was developing interests, hobbies, and skills that I would find highly useful to me later in life. I know photoshop like the back of my hand, with Illustrator and Premiere Pro being a close second, as well as a bit of After Effects. My main interests might be apparel construction and prop making, but now that I’ve recently gotten into making video tutorials I’ve been able to edit my videos, create my own brand logo as well as make an intro to my videos out of it. As for photoshop, well I can draw with that as well as edit all my photos you see on my site. I’ve taken them all myself as well (with the help of my tripod). Only photos I did not take (though I still edited) were of the Upcycled Lace Dress.

So, I might not be the most outgoing person you’ll ever meet, but if you give me the chance you’ll see that I have a lot to offer and that my work speaks for itself.
